Zebra Technologies Recognized As Top Ranked Technology Provider

Zebra Technologies announced its inclusion in the 2011 RFID Brand Report, released by RFID Journal in association with Burnell Reports. Based on a survey of RFID Journal readers, respondents ranked Zebra as the top printer-encoder brand as well as the top active RFID brand. Zebra was the only company to earn the top rating in two separate product categories.

Fifty-nine percent of the respondents rated Zebra as excellent or very good in the printer-encoder category, 22 points above the number-two company and the only hardware vendor not to receive any “poor” ratings.

Thirty-nine percent of the respondents perceived Zebra as excellent or very good in the active RFID category, 12 points higher than the second-highest-ranked company. Zebra also had the lowest rate of unfamiliarity among active RFID vendors.
