Sanyo Selects Servigistics’ Management Solution

Servigistics has announced that Sanyo Electric Service will roll-out the former’s Service Parts Management solution first in Japan and then globally in order to optimize service parts inventory.
Sanyo Electric Service, the division responsible for the service and maintenance on its company’s electric products, needed to redefine the service parts management operation to optimize inventory levels while improving parts availability.
It will use the solution to improve global inventory management, thereby increasing service levels while reducing costs and eliminating inefficiencies.
