ProLogis Leases Distribution Space to Caterpillar Logistics in Japan

ProLogis has leased 188,000 sq feet (17,500 sq meters) during the third quarter to two customers in Japan.

Caterpillar Logistics Services will occupy 95,000 sq feet (8,800 sq meters) at Parc Narita III, near Tokyo. This is Caterpillar's first lease with the company in Japan; the customer now leases with ProLogis in multiple locations across the US, Europe and Asia.

In addition, a global supplier of office products and services has leased 93,000 sq feet (8,600 sq meters) of distribution space at Parc Ichikawa I, a distribution facility in Ichikawa City, near Tokyo. This is the sixth lease agreement between ProLogis and the customer, which now occupies approximately 1.2 million sq feet (107,000 sq meters) of ProLogis distribution space in the US, Mexico and Japan.
