Mojix has been named to the list of "Cool Vendors" in the Cool Vendors in Supply Chain Management 2009 report by Gartner.

The former was named as one of the five supply chain management vendors that help organizations enhance supply chain performance. This is through the use of innovative technologies that improve decision making in chaotic environments, and improve the value of information or exploit automation technologies with focus on areas in which new technologies can help lower costs or improve productivity and efficiency.

The Mojix Star system is a UHF passive Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system that eliminates many of the technical and economic barriers to the effective automation of supply chain management and asset tracking.

The system applies a kind of science based on deep space communications technology to change both the utility and economics of using RFID to address long standing challenges hindering business efficiency, and product and public safety.
