Kuehne + Nagel Selected for Furniture Deliveries

To support the expansion of its homewares business in the UK, multi-channel retailer BHS has chosen Kuehne + Nagel to provide delivery of furniture to customers’ homes.

Under the agreement, latter will provide goods receipt from manufacturers and storage at its shared-user facility at Dove Valley, Derbyshire, and a “white-glove” delivery and assembly service direct to customers. It will also manage call centre activities to handle customer service including the booking of delivery days and times.
