Kewill Extends Country Content for Export Compliance System

Kewill has announced the availability of release 3.2 of Kewill ECS (Export Compliance System), an export compliance solution.

The product release eases compliance risks by performing mandated government and corporate screening for restricted parties, embargoed countries, export license determination, and import license/permit requirements.

“Companies are looking for ways to effectively mitigate the compliance risks inherent in doing business globally; ensuring shipments are not made to denied or restricted parties and appropriate licenses are in place before shipments,” said Chris Aldrich, product manager. “The ECS solution flexibly fits into a global shipper’s export processes to accelerate exports and help reduce costs.”

Additional countries include Hong Kong, India and Malaysia.
