Kewill Announces Version 2.0 of Kewill Customs

Kewill has announced the general availability of version 2.0 of Kewill Customs, a customs clearance solution which has been enhanced to speed up the processing of US customs entries.

This version will provide customers with an improved information flow to better manage their customs clearance process. This will enable customers to provide improved communication to their customers and be more competitive from a revenue/profit standpoint. Customs brokers will also benefit from the reporting tool that automates the delivery of information via email. Other benefits include:

· Entry Accelerator - Tools such as a guided user interface, Classification Assistant Tool (CAT), Parts Plus, and lights out processing lower time and effort to file entries

· Importer Profiles - Provide the ability to set up default data for customers that eliminate the need for data entry and re-entry

· Customs Validations - Automatic application of comprehensive validations, to mitigate the risk of Customs Rejections and other compliance concerns

· Dashboard, Event, and Internet Tracking - Visibility and management tools, provide a better way to manage workload, and provide visibility and exception management with customers
