GAC Maintains ISO Certification

GAC Bahrain has achieved the FIDI Accredited International Mover (FAIM) quality assurance standard for a second four-year term. According to the company, it remains the only accredited service provider in Bahrain.

To become a FIDI-FAIM mover, members of FIDI (International Federation of International Furniture Removers) alliance have to go through a stringent audit that is conducted independently by Cap Gemini. FIDI is a global network of independent quality international removal companies with over 500 members in more than 100 countries.

The audit covers every aspect from finance and management to operations and safety. GAC Bahrain attained the higher FIDI-FAIMISO status having achieved ISO certification for its moving services as well as undergoing rigorous assessments in additional areas such as customer satisfaction and competence test.
