DHL Signs Agreement with Industrial Electronics Supplier

DHL has signed a two-year agreement with Amphenol PCD, a supplier of electronic modules and connectors for commercial and military applications. The former was selected for the latter’s global supply chain and speed shipments to the US from the latter’s global manufacturing and supply bases overseas.

"Our supply chain extends to nearly every region of the world, so we rely on strong global providers that help us shorten the time to-market, contain costs and provide added value for our customers," said Ritchie Lacson, North America operations manager at Amphenol PCD.”

In addition to providing Import Express services to the US from China, Europe, India, and other locations in the Far East, DHL provides international express services to and from Mexico for its client.

The former has also customized a third-party shipping system for the latter's locations, including its vendor partners, to process shipments electronically to and from various regions for the latter's global shipping requirements.
