DHL Introduces Inbound Shipment Service

DHL Import Express 12:00 has been launched. The service is a premium time definite product for inbound shipments.

It assures an inbound delivery by noon, for vital deliveries from major cities, towns and business centers, with transportation charges met by the receiver.

Initially available from major centers in Europe and Asia to the Middle East, the product will be rolled out globally throughout the year.

Janet Jweihan, DHL Express' UAE country manager says, "Our customers from across all industries have asked for more flexibility to enable them to improve their transport efficiency. “

From documents to heavier parcel shipments, customers only need to call the company’s local customer service hotline or use one of its online shipping tools to choose their preferred time of delivery.

DHL plans to further extend their product range to include pre 9:00 deliveries in selected markets.
