Axway Introduces Enterprise Service Plan

The new Enterprise Service Plan (ESP) can be added to standard product maintenance plans for custom applications, modules, components, and solutions. The offering, currently available in North America, the UK, and Africa, provides customers with support for custom components including education, upgrades, updates, and patches.
Coverage includes educational materials and phone and email support during installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and product upgrades. Under the plan, Axway ensures that the custom components will be compatible with future releases and versions of the core solution.
As customers' needs change, the company will provide personalized impact analyses for potential enhancements or modifications required to meet those needs.
