HighJump Software Signs Agreement with The Bon-Ton Stores

Fast-growing retailer to manage complex distribution with warehouse management, yard management and slotting software for its retail, big ticket and eCommerce operations.

HighJump Software, a provider of supply chain execution solutions, has signed an agreement with The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., a top US department store company, to implement the HighJump Supply Chain Advantage software suite to support the company’s retail, big ticket (furniture) and eCommerce operations across its supply chain. In particular, the retailer will leverage the HighJump warehouse management, yard management and slotting software solutions to support growth initiatives and speed distribution and increase service levels to its network of 280 stores.

The Bon-Ton Stores will initially deploy the HighJump warehouse management system to support its eCommerce operations, which are managed out of the organization’s Fairborn, Ohio, distribution center. Over a two-year period, the company plans to deploy the HighJump WMS, as well as the slotting and yard management systems, for its big-ticket and retail operations across distribution centers located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Illinois.
