The ShockWatch StartManager from Stream Peak improves forklift safety and reduces damagerelated costs in the facility by restricting equipment access to trained, authorized operators while recording usage information to minimize costly downtime, repairs, and replacements from overuse.

The device monitors and records operator identity so that if damage does occur, supervisors can determine accountability and respond promptly with necessary repairs or corrective action options. Optional software provides equipment access reports for supervisors.

StartManager usage reports provide information to improve fleet management. Monitoring the number of labor hours for each piece of equipment enables smarter decisions about when to rotate the fleet.
