PALLET RACKING POST FOR HIGH ADJUSTABILITY

Following the design of its PR600 pallet racking system, SSI SCHAEFER presents the Interlock 600 post to offer greater flexibility in the adjustment of beam levels with 50 mm increments using a 5-hook end connector. Besides providing greater adjustability, the connector has an enhanced load bearing, following rigorous tests by independent authorities in Germany and Europe.

The rectangular slots on the side of the Interlock 600 post provide fixing locations for front-to-rear pallet rails, KDR Carton Flow Racking as well as anchorage for the row spacers. A steel pin is used as the safety lock, providing a rigid safety feature easily visible to both staff and rack maintenance teams.

Three options for base-plates are available – standard duty, heavy duty with wrap-around protection for the lower post, and the reversible version for applications when it is necessary to lower the bottom beam to as close to the floor as possible.
