For converting an existing warehouse to narrow aisle or upgrading a warehouse floor to meet specification, the SF-LG (Superflat Laser Grinding) solution from Laser Grinder Asia is a one-time investment, unlike overlays and toppings. And floors upgraded by laser grinding are not subject to cosmetic damage, delamination or blisters. The wet, vacuum-enclosed grinding process has been specifically developed to operate in a working warehouse environment, causing minimal disruption to the ongoing operation. It is also free from airborne dust and clean enough to work alongside fully stocked racks such as found in food and pharmaceutical storage facilities. The floor surface is immediately useable as soon as grinding is completed.

The Laser Grinder’s hydraulic drive and vacuum systems are powered by a lean burn diesel engine. The cleanliness of this engine is enhanced by a catalytic converter to ensure that harmful exhaust emissions are negligible.
