New High Level Order Picker

Logistics Insight Asia - New Products, 7/8/2008

A new high-level order picking truck replaces both the current OPBH and OPBM10K Series.

Specifications and Performance

This model is available in both a 24V (OPBH10N) and a 48V (OPBH10NH) version. Whilst using proven components, it is a completely new design, offering many advantages to its customers. The main improvements include:

• Comfortable operator compartment with a split control panel and unique mounting position of the Ergolift, ensuring excellent access to the load carrier.

• Patented ‘Vision Mast’ design, resulting in less mast sway and greatly improved visibility through the mast.

• Increased platform heights. The 10,000 mm possibility on the 48V model makes it possible to use warehouse space more efficiently. The 24V model is available with platform heights up to 8,100 mm, offering an attractive alternative for the high performance 48V version in the lighter segment of the market.

• Triplex and duplex masts are now available on both the 48V and 24V machines.

• Up-to-date AC motor technology, combined with a sophisticated controller-unit, provides unrivalled lift speeds on the 48V model and fully adjustable truck performance. The 24-volt version has an AC/DC combination to efficiently suit this lower duty segment.

• Rail and inductive guidance options are available for high speed operation in very narrow aisle applications.

• The large battery compartment (up to 775 Ah, 48V) reduces the need for battery changing.
