Recognition for Regional Logistics Players

Frost & Sullivan presented a total of 28 awards to companies operating in Southeast Asia at its 2008 ASEAN Transportation & Logistics Awards banquet held in Singapore in June and officiated by Png Cheong Boon, Acting Chief Executive of SPRING Singapore.

Based on "Voice of Customer" research, the awards seek to recognize best practices and outstanding performance by third- party logistics service providers and transportation companies in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and overall at the regional level.

Award recipients were evaluated by logistics end users based on 20 parameters, including commitment to customers' needs, domestic and international network reach, warehouse facilities, industry expertise, payment flexibility, and customized service.
