After many years of service, material handling systems may no longer adequately meet today’s demands. With the Dematic Modernisation and Upgrade Program, “smart overlays” can transform older equipment into a “fully renovated” system, providing a performance level comparable to that of an entirely new system. Enhancements are available for all types of equipment, including automated storage and retrieval systems, automated electric monorails, conveyor systems, sorters, software controls, RF and wireless systems.
