PSA Wins “Container Terminal Award” at Inaugural Seatrade Asia Awards 2008

PSA has won the “Container Terminal Award” at the inaugural Seatrade Asia Awards 2008 ceremony last evening.
Ms Caroline Lim, Global Head of Human Resource and Corporate Affairs of PSA International, received the award on behalf of PSA.
The Seatrade Awards, now in its 20th year, is an internationally recognised event that celebrates and rewards excellence and innovation in the maritime sector. Its Asia version, held for the first time, took place at Shangri-la hotel in Singapore.
The award entries were judged by an independent panel drawn from the top echelon of the region's maritime scene, and they were assessed based on various criteria such as contribution to the development of the maritime sector across the region, innovation, commitment to safety and quality, social and environmental responsibilities, business achievements and personnel development.
