Royale Australia has Additional Operation in Brisbane to Enhance Service Level

Logistics Insight Asia - Top Story, 15/4/2008

In addition to offices in Sydney and Melbourne, Royale’s Brisbane office is now fully operational (as of 1st April 2008) to serve local corporate and international companies in Queensland.

The Brisbane office is located in the suburb of Pinkenba and is composed of a brand new office building and warehouse. It provides international courier, same-day domestic courier, special deliveries such as hand carry, timed and guaranteed overnight delivery services and bulk mail and research distribution services. Besides, 7 out of 35 strategic storage locations have been setup in Australia (Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart) to cater the needs of inventory management, storage and distribution hubs around the country for key accounts.

The Brisbane operation reduces the transit times between Hong Kong and Queensland to 2 days for regular deliveries with next day delivery available upon request. In addition, it is capable of providing overnight deliveries to most major European capitals and competitive courier services to over 300 cities worldwide. With the presence in the three largest cities in Australia, Royale is strategically positioned to provide further service enhancements between Australia, Asia and the rest of the world.
