Wesley International and Fast Fetch Announce Strategic Alliance

Wesley International and FastFetch Corporation have formed an alliance to market a new state-of-the-art technology solution aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy for order fulfillment in distribution centers. Wesley is now the exclusive partner representing FastFetch’s multimodal, batch, order picking system that leapfrogs other picking products on the market by innovatively combining voice, barcode scanning and light directed technologies. Using only a low-cost PDA, FastFetch’s system can meet all of a company’s picking needs from high-velocity items (with lighted displays) to low-velocity items (with voice and Bluetooth barcode scanning).

Wesley International is a material handling solutions company with a 45-year history of producing forklift-free handling systems under the Pallet Mule, Pack Mule and Power Mule brand names. “Our alliance with FastFetch solidifies our position as a solutions provider. We can now offer customized technology solutions in addition to our special-design manual and electric powered hardware products,” says Steve Spires, Wesley’s President and CEO.

FastFetch Corporation, located in Six Mile, South Carolina, now functions as a division of Wesley International, providing consulting, software development, deployment and maintenance of the patented technology they originally introduced as FoxFetch. “Being selected as one of “The Innovative Eight” by DC Velocity magazine in 2006 reinforced our belief that our technology would revolutionize order fulfillment.
