OceanGuaranteed from APL Logistics is targeted at customers who want the reliability but not the cost of airfreight. As a day-definite service for less than container load (LCL) shipments, OceanGuaranteed allows the movement of smaller quantities of products more frequently as an alternative to airfreight at a lower cost.
OceanGuaranteed, which leverages on APL Logistics’ origin network in Asia and Conway’s reach in continental US, offers service reliability and shipment visibility up to the delivery doorstep. A centralized customer support team monitors LCL import shipments and notifies the user proactively when there are exceptions, with Webbased tracking providing upto- the-minute shipment details.
