Discover the Secrets to Superior Supply Chain Performance

Logistics Insight Asia - Breaking News, 14/3/2008

Robin Lange, Managing Editor, RBI Asia

These days, achieving supply chain excellence is more critical—and more challenging—than what it was. From next Monday till Wednesday (Mar 17 to 19) the 2008 Supply-Chain World – North America Conference & Exposition will host executives from leading enterprises who will share their experiences in transforming their company’s supply chain—in many cases, using the Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR). Through four educational tracks, more than 40 leading practitioners, consultants and academics will explore the best practices they have employed to build robust supply chains that support highly complex, global operations.

This year’s Supply-Chain World also sees the launch of Supply-Chain’s revised Framework and Implementation training classes where participants will find expanded and clarified focus on the SCOR Process, more detailed class-work examples using business scenarios, alignment to the SCOR certification situation analysis, expanded coverage of metrics, simplified SCOR card generation instructions, and increased overall depth of the material covered. These classes will be offered concurrently from March 19 to 21 – immediately following the conclusion of Supply-Chain World
