The Executive Certificate in Supply Chain Management (ECSCM) distils numerous topics and lectures into a comprehensive format covering logistics and supply chain management initiatives. The variety of course topics, learning environments, and instructional methods enhance each attendee’s experience and education. Instructors are drawn from faculty of National University of Singapore, other academic institutions, and professional firms.

EC0601: Managing Global Supply Chains (2 days + 15.5-hr online segment)
This module will introduce participants to the most current paradigm in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, and leads them towards developing and appreciating a strategic view of logistics operations and supply chain management. Case studies will be incorporated in the modules.

EC0602: Integrated Supply Chain Management (1 day + 35.5-hr online segment)
This course looks into the interrelationships between supply chain planning processes and related business functions. Participants will be introduced to basic concepts and terminology used in the various planning areas - demand plan, material planning, distribution planning etc. Leading supply chain planning practices highlighting how businesses have responded to new challenges using supply chain planning concepts will be covered. The impact of problems/glitches in the supply chain and its impact on corporate shareholder value and role of performance measurements across the supply chain will also be included

EC0603: Logistics Management & International Business (3 days)
This module aims to give participants a detailed insight into the various components of supply chain management and how these components can be integrated to provide value for customers. Several case studies are also incorporated in the module.

EC0604: Lean Six Sigma for Logistics & Supply Chain (3 days)
The Lean Six Sigma for Logistics & Supply Chain provides participants with an overview of Lean Enterprise as well as key concepts associated with improvement teams. Teams will learn a structured methodology for business improvement and a set of simple and effective tools with in the methodology.

The module objective is to provide an overview of the key steps of the Lean Transformation. Participants will learn and practice the tools which are used during the whole Lean Transformation.
