Agility Acquires Combalia’s Transportation and Warehousing Activities in Spain

Agility has acquired all transportation and warehousing activities provided by Combalia Transportes Internacionales 1986, S.L. in Barcelona and Madrid, Spain.

The purchase is designed to promote Agility’s dedicated growth strategy in Southern Europe and to provide further scale to its current Spanish operations. Combalia’s transportation activities will also enable Agility to further solidify its road freight services by increasing coverage of the Spanish market, according to Francesc Casamitjana, Agility’s Managing Director - Area South.

Combalia's existing customers will benefit from access to the broad portfolio of Agility’s services that include worldwide freight management, project logistics as well as fairs and events handling.
