Analytical monitoring & reporting application ensures fast, actionable decision making.
RedPrairie Corporation’s RedPrairie Performance Management (RPM) for Retail is a web-based analytic solution that leverages the wealth of existing information from RedPrairie’s retail operations and workforce management applications to monitor, analyze and report on the key performance indicators (KPI’s) that drive an organization’s success. The user interface provides a rich and intuitive experience that guides users to discovering new insights of their business.
RPM was developed for business decision makers, field operations and marketing personnel.
RPM for Retail is integrated with Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007 and puts the data and business rules for business intelligence on a centrally managed server, making scorecards, analytics and the entire performance management cycle much easier and less time-consuming.
RPM can be especially useful to retail and hospitality businesses that operate across multiple locations and properties. “Prior to implementing RedPrairie Performance Management, analyzing the impact of a promotional campaign for all of our restaurants required as many as 270 separate reports,” said Paul Mullin, business analyst, Culver Franchising System Inc. “Since we deployed RPM, that same data is at our fingertips – and we can do so much more with it.”
“RedPrairie’s RPM is an example of how technology can help people bridge the gap between the types of information they need to become more productive, and the types of technologies companies use to drive business success,” said Jan de Jong, Microsoft’s merchandising and real-time analytics solutions manager for Worldwide Retail and Hospitality. “RedPrairie’s RPM recognizes that people are a retailer’s greatest asset, and puts people one step closer to getting the type of real-time information they need to make fact-based decisions that support superior performance across the retail enterprise.”
