Chinese Supermarket Chain Implements RedPrairie WMS

China-based supermarket chain MeetAll has gone live with RedPrairie’s Warehouse Management Solution (WMS). The former also plans to implement the system in a grocery and fresh foods super distribution centre – measuring 170,000 sq meters – to boost overall supply chain efficiency, and enhance inventory management.

RedPrairie’s system will help MeetAll to improve overall supply chain management with more precise inventory control, including both shorter receiving and picking time, and better optimized allocation. By automating these processes, warehouse managers will be able to focus more on high-value activities, such as optimizing operation waves, and executing supply chain plans to elevate warehouse performance.
